Could you please explain what this section(Attachment) actually for and what does it mean.

This is a System-combination that counts several thing together, called "[B]Experience[/B]" Ranking-System!

To explain you what you see on your posted Picture:
The first (orange) Line is the "Total" Level-display you have reached so far... First your Total Points than your "Level" you have reaches! -- On the example above: 1293 Points and a Level of 20
The second (Blue) LIne shows you how much Points you still need to reach a new "Level"! --- again on the Picture: You whould just need another 7 Points to reach the next Level -- than it would be Level 21.
The third (Green) Line indicates the "Activity" you show in the Forum... meaning how often you are Online, how often you Post something and so on.. it's a bit complicated to explain "all" the factors involved in it!

This is an very advanced and fantastic system. You will see when you start getting awards like medals and other things!
We will attempt in getting some sort of manual everyone can have a look at.

We are trying to make things interesting for everyone here. This system is used by some of the biggest forums in the world, and was extremely difficult to get hold of, and also to set up!
But if you guys are not happy with the modifications we bring you, I will strip vbulletin down to the bare bones it comes out with!
Then maybe everyone will be happy!

LOL don't do that... Im just kidding with you . We are here to have a good time and learn how to do things from PHotoshop and other useful software thats what the forum is for , right ?

Yes that is what the forum is here for! And to have some nice fun with small competitions and getting awards, and so on! But hey! That is just my thoughts. If you guys are not happy by the way things are done, please tell me and I will remove it.
